This page gives an overview of events, so you can see at a glance what is happening and when. The Events page provides more details, such as times and costs - if applicable. Always be sure to confirm these events with the museum as changes may happen at short notice.


Previous events, going back to the formation of the Friends, can be seen in the Events archives section. This may be useful if you are thinking of joining and want to know what sort of events are typically held.


There is also a calendar where you can view all of the museum’s events in daily, weekly or monthly formats, or if you have a calendar application that supports iCalendar formats you can subscribe and get a reminder of events one week in advance. This calendar is hosted by a Friend’s committee member.
